By using include/exclude statements we can either include (or) exclude files from the backup
INCLUDE :
a) By using include statement we can include some files into the backup. Below is the syntax used for include statement:
Include “*:\...\...\*.log”
By the above command all the “.log” files in the client (or) customer machine will get included in the backup.
b) If want to include any of the file directory into the backup use the below syntax:
Include.dir “c:\windows\system32”
EXCLUDE:
a) By using exclude statement we can exclude some files from the backup. Below is the syntax used for exclude statement:
Exclude “*:\...\...\*.log”
